With fills for the ifc and ibc from Worthpoint, along with proof, also with the correct back cover for the 1st printing from HA and a copy of the 2nd printing cover.

The back cover that originally was included with the file, may or may not be that of the 2nd edition and has not been verified. the page has therefore been marked as a 'possible 2nd print bc', until it can be confirmed as such.
