Comment: Always enjoy these discoveries at Digital Comic Museum. Fred Guardineer was one of the greatest artists of the pre-code era. He did a cover or two in the 70s but I heard he stepped away from comics after the code was implemented in the 50s. He worked for the postal service and retired after a 20 year career....so I heard?
