Comment: The Human Meteor appeared in the INVADERS miniseries after a lapse of at least fifty years, alongside other public domain characters that formed the Battle Axis, the Invaders' enemies in the miniseries. The other authentic Golden agers were: Strong Man, Spider Queen, Dr. Death (originally Dr. Nemesis - the name is an homage to the Batman character, apparently), and an android named Volton. All of them were public domain characters from long-defunct publishers, Fox being represented by the Spider-Queen. The Invaders were only able to defeat them with the aid of the Silver Scorpion a Golden Age Marvel heroine.
