Robb_K over on CB+ tells: The Happy Jack lead story of that issue also was a reprint of a "Handy Andy" story from EC's "Dandy Comics", and The Fisherman story was a reprint from a St. John comic book, or its original Ziff-Davis printing. The Sparkie story was another from a Ziff-Davis "Sparkie" issue, and The "Space Bums" story was printed from never-used, but already prepared artwork for a 1952 "Crusader From Mars" Ziff-Davis series' last issue, which was cancelled. |
