Great material and very good scans. If not for the chunk out of the first two pages and one small printing smudge this would be a 10. I generally don't care that much of the Cadet or the Lucky Byrd stories but both stories in this issue are far above average. Nice solid Target story and Wolverton's Spacehawk, plus the other features one would expect from a relatively early issue of Target equals a great issue.
