Comment:	Hey! I think this is Cat Man #14 because the Rajah of Destruction only appears in the last panel of the Cat Man story. This last panel is a lead-in to the next issue which is #15. So the cover for this should probably be #14. Just in case I'm correct I uploaded a cleaned up Cat Man #14 cover from Heritage.
