While Temerson/Helnit/Continental had been adapting stories from the Green Hornet radio show, Harvey will do all-new stories for Green Hornet. Also, at Temerson/Helnit/Continental the series was devoted to Green Hornet, with limited backups -- At Harvey, it will be more of an anthology series that stars Green Hornet.
