This is actually Romantic Love #3 from IW. The GCD says it reprints issue #3 of Avon, but since there isn't an index of #3 of the Avon series there, I don't know for sure.

Synopsis:
A woman returns a diamond ring backstage at a theatre.
Pat drops out of showbiz and drops her boyfriend Pete too. She works for a while in a store and is set to marry her boss Fred until he finds out she's an actress. She goes back into showbiz, meets Pete again and they fall back in love.
Lana is annoyed by Red Quinlan who calls her "Butch". She starts dating Jock Andrews, but finds out he is two-timing with her room-mate Mary. Red helps her out by renting her a hotel room and she falls in love with him.
