I can fix you up with the raw scans (but they are off-square and show the plastic sheets). Ah, sometimes these old books are hellish…

Comment:	They are slightly blurry, I dunno how much this can be fixed. Sharpening can only do so much. It could be cleaned up and straightened at least. And I have uploaded a good touched up version of the original (American) cover at GCD which could be used to salvage this one. Just let me know. :)
