Comment: Inside publishers date is Nov-Dec 1949 (.zip ). I think this may be issue #001 not #008 as #008 is clearly July 1951. Comicvine has a cover for #010 dated Jan 1952 but no others to take reference from but if you use it as a guide to count back it seems possible that this issue is #001.
