Hi Goodman is a practical joker who likes to scare his work colleague Joe Melsner. One day Melsner runs from a joke, falls out a window and is seriously injured. Now he gives Goodman a scare by showing him his patent brain.
Super intelligent orphan boy Tommy can feel the pain of flowers. His new foster parents deceive him by assuring him flowers want to be cut and put into vases. When Tommy finds out that he's being lied to, he cuts down his foster parents.
The crooked lawyer Eddie King goes to hell and is regarded as a murderer. His victim, however, the gangster Silvera, died accidentally during their fight. King demands a trial to prove his innocence. But Silvera commits perjury and there's no one in hell to help the doomed lawyer.
