| Synopsis: |
“Homely” university students Carol and Mike have crushes on the handsome Clem and pretty Angela, respectively. However, Angela and Clem mock them. Carol and Mike are close friends and share a common interest in writing, but separate at graduation. Mike becomes a prosperous advertising writer and finally gets a date with Angela, then realizes he doesn’t want her now. He discovers Carol has become a successful novelist. Turns out they loved each other all the time. |
