Lila marries ex-Navy frogman Frank and he resumes his occupation of salvage diver. June, wife of diver Steve, tells Lila she fears for her husband’s life every day. Lila asks Frank to quit diving, “I can’t live in constant fear!” but Frank refuses, saying “diving is the only thing I know!” After Steve dies in an accident, Lila leaves Frank, but the ship she’s sailing on begins to sink. Frank rescues Lila and they reconcile. |
