Comment:	I have or had #2. I may have sold it, because I scanned all of the pages that interest me. I'll have a look to see if I have any of the missing pages. I know Craig Yoe has another in one of his packed boxes, I believe that was #1 or #4. So yes, there were more. Jack Mendelsohn told in an interview he did this for a year. And he had to write new captions for most jokes, because they were so bad.
