Comment: Puzzled by this tbh - seems to be an almost identical looking small file size 17mb scan from the same copy as the tiny 10mb scan, with the same low quality/pixilated look.

Thinking it's blood and he's being punished for his crime, he hangs himself in penance. It turned out that red rain wasn't blood but was caused by Iron particles in the atmosphere.
