From the original printings: 5 pages:(7,10,11,24,25).
From different auctions: ifc, ibc & the other 20 pages.
The first story is incomplete - only 3 of the 6 pages. It's reprinted in the UK comic Mystic #19, which isn't scanned.
If anyone owns this comic PLEASE consider scanning it for the site or letting a trusted scanner do the work for you.
